Initially I was very pleased with this fixture. Installation and assembly went easily, BUT when I dusted it off and took a step back I noticed the shade was uneven. After a few minutes of adjustment I realized that the nipple that holds the lamp shade was crooked. There was no way to remove it or adjust it to straighten it out.
I contacted customer service through the Kenroy website and they got right back to me. (At first I was frustrated because there was no information included in the package regarding who to contact about the order.) In the end exchanging the defective item through amazon was simple and the Kenroy customer service rep was very helpful.
The fixture is very nice and I am happy with it now that I know a new one is coming. Hopefully the new one will not have the same problem.
